1. What is the return policy?
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome any exchange or credit on full priced items in online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.
2. Do you pay for my return shipping?
All products are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and
cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.
3. Can I return an item?
You are welcome to exchange or receive a credit note. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase for Australian/New Zealand shipped orders, and 4 weeks for international orders, the order confirmation or invoice must be presented and the garments must be unworn and in original condition with all tags in place.
